    APP disconnected--GPS out ? 450x Automower
    Details:

    Is anyone having trouble with the automower app in the last few days? I have not been able to connect to my Automower in the last few days (Disconnected). The GPS  Signal on the mower is not even showing.

    Maybe I will power the mower off then back on...

      Hi Husqvarna,

      great, thanks for the help, I wonder if this is how I inadvertently got mine going again ?! Fingers crossed the problem is resolved permanently !

      Agreed, if you can tell us why this happened it could be reassuring to know (or not ?!!), you don't want this to happen whilst you're away from home as that defeats the point of having the remote control ability using the app !

      Had same problem and the fix worked for me as well. Thank you Husquarna for sharing the information. On the downside I can tell you that I had 5 days of  constant worries, since I was away from the automower and had no idea whether or not it was working or stolen etc. Do you have any idear of what has caused the problem? A service update on your servers? You could consider to send out information to your autoconnect customers (subscribtion list?) whenever you release or whenever you register problems like this.

      It's happened again... saying 'Disconnected' ... come on Husqvarna ... sort it out. We've paid a hell of a lot of money for this. It should work properly.

      I just got the "Disconnected" display on the app this morning 7/10/2017.  I notice that a number of people saw this happen a couple weeks ago.  So, is the same network issue (possible network tinkering at Husqvarna) happening again???  Scared the heck out of me because I then went to the GPS screen and it showed it's last position to be in the back yard which it was not, so I thought it had been stolen.  It was happily mowing away in the front yard.  Mine luckily fixed itself with a power off and back on again.  I agree that I would like a warning if this is to be expected due to some sort of system update or something of the sort.  I am also disappointed that I did not get a notification on my phone that the mower had disconnected.  Did not see the problem until I actively went into the app to check the mower status.  My biggest concern is that if the mower was stolen during this time period it would likely be pretty much gone forever.

      Seem to have a new problem, my 430X is NOT responding to timer change via the app, change the time settings on app but not getting through to the mower.

      Has anyone else had this problem ?

      In all of the cases of this problem that I've seen here in PA the mower usually comes back online by itself with in about 24 - 48 hours.

        Mine comes on mostly in the middle of the night for a short time. This is no help when its in its house. When it gets stuck I would like be notified without checking the app all day!!

      I apologize for my ignorance, but I cannot find where I can post a new question. I am hoping someone within this thread can help me. 

      My yard has has a fair number of corners and when the mower gets to the furthest side of the yard, it can never find it’s way home. I have been changing each setting (find charging station) one at a time with various combinations. I need the mower to find a cable and keep following it all the way home. If I can get the settings to accomplish that, it will find its way home each time.  Can anyone help me find the proper settings?

        1)  you Click on SERVICE  & Maintenance..then you can POST NEW Q's.....

        2) now for your Q...

        A) is you mower a 430X or a 450X ? or some thing else....

        B) if the mower is getting stuck you might have to move your Guide cable closer to that area so it can find its way home..

        (hard to really know with out seeing a google of your layout)

      This works sometimes but cuts off. I haven't had it connected for more than a couple of hours. Setting the timer or other setting doesn't work. Its a waste of money as I cant tell if its going without being on site and checking!!

      Husqvarna when are you going to fix this.
