Question:
Bought my HU675AWD lawn mover on 4-6-2014.
I tried to start it on 4-6-2015 and it will not start.
I have called 3 days in a row now and all I get is take it to the dealer.
I would rather have my money back.
Has to be something simple. I have tried everything but nobody can help me on the phone.
How do I fix this problem without taking to the dealer and waiting several weeks?
Answer
I have exactly the same problem. Purchased my mower on 4/29/14, used it for one summer on a yard that is about 1000 square feet. Emptied the gas over the winter, stored it in my attached (dry, covered) garage and now it won't start!!!! I just returned from the warranty authorized repair shop where they told me it likely isn't covered under the warranty and will cost approximately $200 to fix! They said it's probably the carburetor, and that the warranty only covers manufacturer's defect. My question is: WHY WOULD MY MOWER FAIL AFTER ONE SUMMER, VERY LITTLE USAGE, IF NOT A MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT? I am beyond disappointed with this product and will be taking to social media to express my discontent and warn others.

I am experiencing the same problem with a mower purchased in 2015 and am trying to start for the first time in 2015. VERY FRUSTRATING!
Is this site monitored at all by the manufacturers or service personnel?

Hey guys I found this on Amazon, one of the reviewers said, I will give a try and let you know if it works, you guy try as well and let us know if you are successful in getting it running
This is, of course, annoying. If I could go back I would buy a a mower with a manual choke.
As far as features, I like the simplicity of this mower and I love the AWD. There are no switches or buttons to deal with on this mower. Although I will exclusively use the mower in mulching mode, it has a quickly attachable bag. The drive system is simple. How hard you squeeze the drive handle is how fast it goes. It is easy enough to use and the drive is powerful enough that my 7 year old boy can help mow on level ground.
I do think that the mower is a bit underpowered. It bogs down and stalls in mulching mode pretty easily, even at "medium" cutting height. I also wish it had a side discharge option for when the grass has gotten tall to prevent the stalling in mulching mode.

The same thing happened to the 625EZ AWD I bought 5 months ago. I have siphoned the gas out twice and left it sit in the sun for about a week, then added new higher octane gas (suggestion from the guy at Lowe's) and it still won't start. I tried tilting it nose down as suggested above for about 10 minutes (I live on a steep hill) and no luck. I called Lowe's again and they said there was nothing I could do but buy a new lawnmower. This one is not even a year old.
Another guy at Lowes told me to shoot fuel into the carburetor. Huh.
I called a handy man to fix it and after an hour, he said, 'sorry I don't know what to tell you'.
