I recently purchased a HU800HW and it runs great, moves evenly, moves fast. Only one problem my drive wheels lock up sometimes once I have released the auto drive handles, they will allow me to pull it backwards but not push it forward. Is there a fix for this?

It is upsetting that you have experienced this failure.
I am not familiar with this mode of failure, more common is complaint that the unit will not roll backwards and that is because it needs to be rolled forwards a couple of inches to disengage the drive system so it can be pulled rearwards. Please take the mower to your local authorized service center to have it inspected.
