I have already delt with the problem of the leacking oil...escalated
Warranty Question posted March 31, 2013 by james ***
    Question:
I have already delt with the problem of the leacking oil supply for the 455 rancher chainsaw. It was repaired and I picked it up in decemer, under warrenty. Well I didnt have a need to use it until last wekk, I get it out and all of the oil had leacked out again. I have read all of the questions, answers and complaints about this chainsaw and I do not want to deal with this further. I want either a replacement or a refund. I would prefere a refund so I can purchase a american made Stil instead of a China made peice of junk. Husky used to be made with pride and was a top of theline product, I am so disappointed with your current product. I had a had time finding a dealer that would work on my saw because nobody wants to carry your equipment due to its poor quality.

Warranty Question posted September 26, 2018 by MICHAEL MacDonald
    Question:
hi, i just purchased the i120 battery saw 2 weeks ago in leiu of a storm that was supposed to hit my area. the storm never came but i was clearing some brush in my yard and using the saw for the first time since purchase. the battery only lasted about 10 minutes which i thought was odd because it had been on charge all night the night before. i removed the battery and charged it over night again and the next day when removing it from the charger, the level indicator only shows 2 bars. i believe i may have a defective battery. im going to borrow my brothers charger to make sure (i bought his saw at the same time as they were on clearance) but if i have a defective battery, where do i get it warrantied. lowes doesnt seem to carry just the battery.

Warranty Question posted June 21, 2018 by Steven Schaar
    Question:
I have a model 120i chainsaw purchased in 2017. Serial number is 2017 2000257. I used it last fall and it worked beautifully. This spring when I attempted to use it, the saw won't start. I know it's under warranty, but I can't find my receipt. I ordered it online, but can't remember who it was purchased from. Will you please help me resolve this situation so I can get my saw repaired?

Warranty Question posted February 16, 2017 by Thomas Salisbury
    Question:
I just received a "new" 390XP purchased on Ebay. The Husqvarna box indicated the powerhead should have been SN 20164000385 (so manufactured in the 40th week, 2016) and a PN 965 06 07-01. The unit shipped, however, had a SN of 20150800549 (manufactured in the 8th week, 2015)and a PN 965 06 07-00. The warranty card inside the box had 2016 stamped on it. The unit I received is new, as it has never been used, but it's New Old Stock (NOS) as far as I am concerned.

    1. Is the warranty valid for a 2015 unit? When would any warranty expire for the 2015 unit?
    2. What issues may be lurking for a NOS 2-year old powerhead versus a newer powerhead?
    3. The units have slightly different PNs. What is the difference between the two units?

    Thanks
