    I purchased a poulan lawn mover model PR25Y22RKP 3 years...escalated
Warranty Question posted September 3, 2013 by David Neuman
    Question:
I purchased a poulan lawn mover model PR25Y22RKP 3 years ago, and the rear wheel broke off this past weekend. I noticed the other side is also cracked and ready to come off. The plastic splines on the inside of the wheel assembly must become weak after a period of time. I noticed on the internet that this has happened to other user with the same model. I know this mover is out of warranty by a year, but this seems to me to be a design flaw. I had a Lawn Boy prior to this mower for 10 years and had no problems. Will the company stand behind this issue, and send me two replacement wheel assembly #408852X421? If not I would be very disappointed, since I take care of my mowers, and now this was not from abuse.

    Question:
I purchased a Poulan Pro Key Start Self Propelled lawn mower a year ago from Amazon.
Last week I took the mower for yearly service and found out the battery for the key start no longer holding the charge. I went to my local Poulan service provider, he said this is under normal wear and tear not cover by the warranty.
I have the model PR625Y22RKP with 2 year warranty not sure why the battery no part of the warranty.

I purchased a PR550N21SH in august. It took 3 pulls to start the first time, 6 pulls the second time, and 10 the third time. The fourth time it would not start at all. I had surgery and could not use it until November and it would not start. Plenty of gas and oil and the spark plug appears good. The serial number is 17 0612 51 8557 and the MFG ID is 96132010101. Any help would be appreciated.

Service & Maintenance Question posted August 22, 2011 by Marilyn Johnson
I recently purchased a 625 selfpropelled key start mower.. I used it once and it did wonderful, I recharged it, and went out to mow lawn, it started but when i turned it off to empty bag. It had no charge at all, didnt even try.. checked everything and noticed that the wires on the charger where it connects to mower were loose, so it wasnt charging when i had thought it was... Is there any other way to start the mower so I can finish the job.. Can I change over to pulling the cord? if so how do I enable it. I was referred to a shop by poulan, but meanwhile.. this mower is only 1 week old..

    Question:
I recently purchased a Poulan-Pro Self-Propelled Lawn Mower - Model: PR160Y21RP Serial: 032211M002134. After using it last night, I was cleaning it before putting it back into my garden shed when I realized that it does not have any hub caps on any of the wheels. It was totally assembled when I took it out of the box (just handle required minimal assembly/adjustment).

How do I go about receiving my missing hub caps ?

Parts Question posted July 12, 2011 by Ralph Tejeda
    Question:
I recently purchased a used Sears 21"cut walk behind mower.
Model number 917.376523 I tried to find a used grass catcher and frame for it. Someone sold me a Husqvarna grass catcher and
frame that they claim should fit it. It did not. I am told the mower is made by Husqvarna, the Sears Frame and Bag numbers are as follows,
frame- (old part no.)188815, (new part no.) 194643
Bag- 194377 My question is as follows.
    Is there an equivalent
Husqvarna Frame and Bag number that will fit this mower?
    Please let me know.......... Thanks

General Product Question posted October 25, 2014 by Dennis Miller
    Question:
I recently purchased a walk behind mower (Model HU675AWD). Is there any way to slow down the factory set speed on this mower. Being new to an AWD product, I find the speed too fast to trim around landscaped areas and trees in my yard. I read the instructions on how to speed the mower up after a time when the cables may stretch some, but there does not appear to be an adjustment to go the other way. Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.

Service & Maintenance Question posted July 12, 2013 by James Meyers
Received delivery of PR625Y22RKP 7/10/2013. Rear wheels have slight slack which allows them to lean, "look crooked". I removed the o-ring and thin washer and replaced them with a large washer slightly thicker than what was removed. Secured nut, wheel turns smoothly, wheels do not have slack and are vertical. Any harm that can happen with the removal of o-ring and thin washer. I saw a review where the rear wheels were crooked and they cracked "broke". Please advise, Jim, Easley
