Question:I received a twist and edge weedeater. I read the owners manual before using it. I started to use it and within 5 minutes the spool split. The unit is BRAND NEW. I called the 800 number and nobody works the weekend. I have been trying for 30 minutes to get to "chat" with someone on ordertree. I am queue #1 with a wait time of 1 minute. I've waited 10 minutes twice no luck. Unit model number TE475, SN# 08189N701532-1.I have registered it on line.
