Hello I have a weed eater one rider. I am having problems getting the electric start to work. The battery is fine with 12.5 volts. When I go to start it. One of the fuse relays under the seat makes a loud whining noise. There is 2 relays. Thinking the relay was bad I swapped the 2 relays over. And it's always the relay on the left side of the mower whining. What could be the problem here?

Service & Maintenance Question posted April 6, 2016 by Dale Christopher
My Weedeater One's Friction pulley broke on the upper shaft where it attaches to the engine. This should never happen. When i engaged the mower the crankshaft spun inside the pulley. After I removed the engine I found the pulley had split at the upper shaft. I ordered the partsbut my question is the crankshaft has a keyway notch on the shaft apparantly to keep the pulley from moving on the shaft. There is a bolt on the bottom of the pulley that bolts to the crank. I cannot find the keyway anywhere online. Does anyone know if the key is used on this pulley or is the pulley locked to the crank by the bolt??

Service & Maintenance Question posted December 4, 2015 by Lucas Johnson
I need a replacement rear wheel for weedeater one. I was given a weedeater one riging mower last year, sorry I don't have the model/serial # handy at the moment. Last time I tried to use it, one of the rear tires was shredded. So I began the hunt for a replacement tire...it has not been fun. I measured the tire and the wheel hub. The hub measures 2.75". I wanted to buy a marathon flat free replacement wheel, but the options for purchase are for 2.25" hub, and a 3" hub. Does anyone know if either of those will work?

Service & Maintenance Question posted July 1, 2015 by Leon Bess
On June 29 I left a 326RJX weed eater (Ser # 04 5300276) at your authorized dealer A & G Turf Equipment, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ for servicing. The dealer refused to give me a recipe for the item which I (rather foolishly) left for service anyway. I was told "they do not give customers receipts for items left for service". So now I have no evidence whatsoever for the item I have entrusted to your dealer. Seems like a strange way of doing business. Kindly bring this unusual method of doing business to the attention of Husqvarna and I would appreciate an email response in connection here with. At least this email documents the situation.
    Thanks, Leon Bess 480-226-6170

Service & Maintenance Question posted March 4, 2015 by Mark Samson
I purchased a weed eater one several years ago. Within a month I had all the problems listed on this site- front steering arms bent, tires shredded, transmission slipping, chains jumping off the sprockets, etc. At the time your customer service and warranty was of no use. As no service center here would touch this mower and you would not stand behind your poduct the hulk has been taking up space in my garage ever since.
I see your company now offers "improved" parts - steering wheel bushing, wheels, tranny etc. As this is an acknowledgement on your part that the original design is flawed will you supply the new parts I need, free of charge, allowing me to put this mower back in service?
Supporting those of us who bought your original flawed design would be a good first step to reztoring your reputation. As it is I will never again purchase from your family of companies.

Service & Maintenance Question posted September 18, 2014 by toby moreland
I have a weedeater one, we261, model #9602400001 01, serial # 010811L001970, purchased in 2011. a recall on the friction wheel is in place for my model, but excludes my serial # for some reason. I have the same exact issue that is reflected in the service bulletin #B2010002015, but the service company statess the wheel is not under warrantee. They also stated that the wheel itself cannot be ordered, that the entire transmission assembly must be replaced at a cost of $320 plus tax and labor! This cost is more than the mower is worth! Please advise why this fault in manufacturing that hundreds of other people are also experiencing, is not covered by the bulletin, or at minimum, how I can obtain just the friction wheel...I can replace the $20 part myself. Please dont reply and say i must buy the entire transmission! thank you for your help in this matter.

Service & Maintenance Question posted September 12, 2014 by Brandon Rust
My Weed Eater One 875 Riding Mower won't start. I had mowed the front lawn with no problems, stopped for a break, and when I went back, I couldn't get the key ignition or pull ignition to start. When I turn the key, I don't get anything at all. So I thought the battery went dead. Tried pull starting, but to no avail.

Took out the spark plug, and tested. Not getting any spark. Ignition coil is still magnetized.

If anyone could give me a step by step guide of things to check and troubleshoot, I'd be very grateful. TIA Brandon
