Warranty Question posted November 22, 2011 by Rich Havanec
    Question:
Hi. I purchased a 350BT backpack blower just about a month ago – The unit has never remained operating with the choke closed. Seems to run fine with the choke open, but as soon as I close it the unit stalls (even after using it for an hour+). I originally thought that I just needed to break it in but now I suspect something is wrong with it. I’ve only used it twice, and the gas/oil mix is fresh/correct (even using 93 octane). Is there an easy way to adjust this? I’d hate to have to pay for service since the unit is brand new and it looks like I’m past the 30 days :(

How can I find out if my Product was registered online....escalated
Warranty Question posted May 1, 2014 by Dave Sigmund
    Question:
How can I find out if my Product was registered online. Purchased 2 1/2 years ago and thought I registered onling. Now the solenoid is bad and if it is not covered under warranty, I don't want to pay to get it fixed. It would be better just to purchase a new 125B Blower.

Warranty Question posted July 30, 2015 by eddie anthony
    Question:
How do you call it a warranty when the service center you carry your product to tells you since you did purchase through them it will be at least 3 to 4 weeks before they decide to look at it. So as I stand in their store frustrated and getting pissed off with my blower in hand he smirks off and says we could probably look at it today if you would have purchased it here. So now about to lose it he ask would you like to purchase a new blower. Hell no I don't want a new blower this one is less than 6 months old with only 3 tanks of fuel ran through it. Then I call back and get the other recommended repair shop and basically get the same response except I'm told bring it in and it will be 20 something dollars to leave it and get inspection and I'm like what this is a warranty deal. Sorry but I really wish I hadn't bought the blower weedeater or lawnmower from husqvarna. I listened to several friends who told me about the great products which knock on wood the weedeater and lawnmower are doing good.to the point of just going and purchasing a sthil like I should have done to start with.

Warranty Question posted April 12, 2012 by Kevin Sproul
    Question:
Howdy, bought a 560BFS backpack blower from a seller on Ebay. The unit will only run with the choke full open. I've called all my local Husqvarna dealers and they have refused to do warranty work on the unit since I "didn't buy it from them."

Looks like the carb needs adjustment.

Will the unit be damaged from running with the choke full open all the time?

Can I send in just the carb to be adjusted?

Any dealers within 50 miles of zipcode 18337 who will honor your warranty?

    Thanks.

Husqvarna 125B purchased in Nov 2011, had a fuel leak....escalated
Warranty Question posted July 5, 2012 by Corey Poole
    Question:
Husqvarna 125B purchased in Nov 2011, had a fuel leak. Brought to local authorized repair center as per recommendation of Husqvarna phone support, and the unit was repaired. Was told that the failure of the product was due to ethanol, and that is would not be covered under warranty.

According to the Youtube video posted on the Husqvarna website, their products that were built in the last 5 years are ethanol resistant.

Is it normal for Husqvarna products this new (built in 2011) to fail due to ethanol, and is it true that they are not covered under warranty?

    Question:
I am trying to register online. It appears that the process is successful but I have yet to receive the promised confirmation email. I have seen many other posts with the same problem but I couldn't find any answers - they all seemed to have a status of "escalated." Could you please let me know
if there are any special tricks to registering online?
