5/26/2013: I originally posted this on 5/1/13 in the bushcutter/trimmer area and then in the brush cutter area on 5/10/13. As of 5/26/2013 I haven't received any response. When I went to check on any progress, I noticed Husqvarna placed it as a "Draft" where only I can see it. Is this their answer to good customer service? Please Husqvarna just provide me with the missing 'Cutter Attachment Guard' Item 4 in the 323R Operator's manual as shown in the above image or give me an answer why you can't. (See my less than kind Review on Amazon and other web sites concerning Husqvarna's lack of Customer Service. Until they respond positively, my reviews will be negative.
