When I called and chatted with the customer service rep from Husqvarna, I could tell she was just reading from a script. The Spanish manual I have shows pictures of a snow blower, but it is not mine. I plan to go to a dealer and see what they say. But the one point I have is the machine has no controls. No on/off switch, no throttle control lever or fuel cut off switch. All which I find kinda of odd. The rep could only offer to send me a manual(as in English speaking). Since the product I have is not even listed or represented at the Husqvarna site, it concerns me.

Hi Mr. Rounds,

yes I have found the sticker and recorded the number. Again this does not appear on the site. I tried a few times and went to other sites to find if the number is good or bad. The number on the sticker is "961950017 00"....

the sites I have checked only show numbers up to 9619300.......
