Their service number is 800-487-5951.  Be ready for a long menu and a long wait. You will need your model, and serial number.

Does your well pump trip the GFI on the generator or at the pump? Your neighbors generator handles your pump? Does he have a less sensitive GFI on his generator? I once tried a risky trick of holding down the GFI reset button during start up. Once the motor gets moving you should be alright. This is not a recommendation but just a possible one time test to see if it helps. You may have a slight ground fault problem in your wells wiring. It must not be a real bad fault because you said your neighbors smaller generator drives you pump motor. This is how I see your issue with the information you shared. I am not an electrician.

You can adjust your drive cable to pull the transmission lever harder. There is an adjustment nut at the end of the cable going into the hand lever assembly.  Take a wrench and move the nut outwards. This will do two things for you. First the bad thing is you will now have to squeeze the drive levers harder. The good outcome is your levers will be more effective pulling the cable and engaging the transmission. If your speed was too slow, this should bring your speed up to the maximum possible speed. Do not over adjust your cable trying to get warp speed, The cable could break or you could break something on either end of the cable.  Try a little at a time. Once the max speed is reached stop adjusting.  Good luck

I also have a new Husqvarna 22 inch AWD mower. The double layer bag is suppose to be better for air flow but it is a debris catcher. You are correct that it needs an opening to remove the trapped grass and leaves. A zipper would have been nice to clean out the between layer debris. I tried shaking the bag catcher strongly but it did not help much. If the inner layer has bigger air holes then the outer layer an air compressor may help. Blowing air from outside to inside may force some of the material back into the bag opening. I will be trying this suggestion the next time I use my own AWD. The best solution is to make some bag clean out flaps. Using a zipper will cost too much to manufacture so maybe some velcro clean out bagger doors would work. Once again we need the engineers to get busy fixing a design problem. I will come back and write a post if the compressed air helps.
