saulco ent ,bracebridge is not a authorized husqvarna  dealer. do not deal with a crappy business like this ,only lies and threats.once they stop making money off you  the fake happy faces turn to the real people they are. worst experience/bad customer service,a mechanic  that needs a ohm meter to find positive on a battery is not a very good mechanic ! if you do go there ask them why the hole in the back wall.thats were they threw my winch when i told him to fix it, after selling me a used snowblower and promising me its all in good shape, just serviced,not only was the winch broken but the wiring harness was melted ,but nicely stacked in a box  so i didnot see it till i got home.now i got no proof  just my word.by the experiences other people have had and hundreds of honks and thumbs up i got while i was protesting them i can tell lots of people are unhappy.there is a authorized dealer in town C R S .be verrry careful were you buy things.i learned a good lesson about this crappy place.P.S its about time the town ordered you to clean up your disgusting yard,dont know how the neighbours put up with it.
