I so agree with you. Same hear I realy wonder what kinda customer service they have. Sounds like they will only aswer what they want to nothing els
i so agree with you I bought a RZ 5426 and been in the shop tiwice now with only 4 hours on it because of what i call flaws in my mower but never get any response from Husqvarna at all. I to will never recomend this mower or give any awards untell Husqvarna will take these complainsts seriously
I baught a RZ5426 that has been in the shop twice now for different problems. I have only 4 hours on ot and completly fed up and ready to sell it I had to sharpen my blades to with only 4 hours. in my opinion Husqarva should should recall my mower but could bet any one they will not
I no it dont answer your question but I baught a RZ 5426 mower and has been in the shop twice with only 4 hours on it im about ready to get another brand my self. I had the same problem and i had to pinch the end of the spring togather that help a little. ( this was on a different brand thoughgh)
