I was given a Pouland Pro.It would not start,There is two adjusting screws on the carburaters side.I had two back them out almost two turns. They take a special wrench but you can take a red crimp connector and tap it down over the screw and start adjusting from there. One is marked L for Low and the other for high.you will have to play with the adjustment a little so its not bogging when given gas. This works out real nice. You will also have to adjust the idle screw on the linkage for the cable to get it to idle at correct RPMs..Engine must be warmed up to get correct adjustment.Takes a little while but works.I got this of of U Tube and it worked great for me.Good Luck.
