Got the saw back from the dealer and they told us that we had ran straight gas in the saw, they showed us gas they go from somewhere with crap in it, so we brought the saw home and drained the gas from the tank and it had all kinds of crap in the tank. We emptied the other saws to see what was in the tank and found nothing, so we dissambled the motor and found that the piston is scored ( only on the exhaust side of the piston ) looks like it has been overheated. When the problem started it was 80 deg out side cutting a 50" log, since then we have ran 2 tanks of gas in the saw and now it won't run at all that's why it went to the dealer and it won't go back ever again. Is there anyway I can get ahold of Husqvarna directly to find out about the saw. Thanks for you help. Charles
