    I actually found a phone number pretty easily on their site right after I posted here...of course.... I called, and they answered pretty quickly. As far as getting a conformation number...I had no problem at all getting one. My issue was I didn't know whether or not I was upgraded to 4 years. The lady on the phone said that if I got that conformation number that meant I got the 4 year deal. I'm just wouldn't swear thats so..I'd just like someone to look me up and tell me if it is so. If they in-fact got my receipts.
    I sent it via email PDF and also just put a copy in the snail mail to the address they give...I'll call that number below in another week and see if they'll confirm that I got my receipts and the 4 year warranty.
