    Same for me, I cann't register online this product HU800AWD/961450011, bought on 04/13/13 at Lowes. There are other people posting the exact same message The product registration could not be done for this product. while registering this model. In addition to warranty purpose, one may need the registration date to fill in the form for $50 Husqvarna Reward for purchasing this model between 03/16 - 04/30/2013.

    I noticed that the pulldown menu for selecting model does not list the model HU800AWD. It lists HD800AWD, however with the correct product number 961450011.

    The OM for this model is also not yet available for downloading although the printed copy that comes with the unit, was dated more than a year back on 02/05/2012.
