I completely agree.........I was told by HUSQVARNA CUSTOMER SERVICE that the power box would come from them directly after registering the new saw online. I also tried to find a dealer who had even HEARD of this promotion to no avail......this whole thing is a flim flam come on and if it is not made right I'll never buy another Husqvarna product again and I will spread the word......................
I am extremely frustrated. I ordered and recieved a new 435 and was told that I would recieve the free power box after registering the unit online. I made 3 phone calls prior to making the purchase and was told by Husqvarna customer service that after I registered the product online the free power box would come direct from Husqvarna. Now it seems we are all getting the flim flam from the company about this. If you go and look at the promotion page on the compnay website it makes NO mention about the promotion being tied to participating dealers only and in fact before making my purchase I called many dealers and all of them told me that there was no dealer promotion for a free power box. HONOR YOUR OFFER!!!!! IT'S ON YOUR WEBSITE.......MAKE GOOD ON THIS SHOULD WE NOW ASSUME THAT THIS IS BUSINESS AS USUAL FOR YOUR COMPANY.
