What state are you located in?
If you are putting a time limit on the amount of area it can handle mowing, then yes those things need to be factored in. But as far as what it the max size area it can do it is determined by the wire length. You're right that it can only cover so much ground in 24 hrs, but you have another 144 hours left in the week.
If you are a fire company and you have any concerns at all about your equipment not being reliable than the best bet would be for you to convert to Husqvarna Battery powered equipment. If you want some more info on what they have available call Buck Hardware (717-284-2722) and they can help you or put you in touch with a rep.
No problem! If you're looking for more info about anything with Automowers I would suggest these pages:

The weather timer is a bit like spiral mode. The resistance against the cutting wheel is measured and used to figure out if your grass is growing. It combines that information along with the location it was at in the yard when it felt it. With those 2 figures it can tell what parts of the lawn are growing the fastest or need the most attention. So when the weather timer is used the mower will go out to the places in the lawn and feel for a certain amount of resistance against the cutting disk to determine if it needs to mow or not. When the mower is traveling out a guide wire, back to the charging station, or out to check during this time the blades won't be running to save energy.
Do you have the low voltage cable plugged in between the power supply and the charging station? If not, the power supply will not power the charging station.
On another note, when you say you obtained the factory PIN #, does this mean your dealer did not give it to you when you received the mower from them? IF NOT, you really should take it back to them or to a more experienced dealer and make sure that it is tested as in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qtRFODE5CXw and also make sure the software is up to date. If they didn't receive the PIN# from Husqvarna then they could not have done these things. Not having the software updated means yu can be missing features like slope control.
Yes you can. Here is the part # 581 88 97-02. A lot of dealers here in the United States have not begun stocking many parts for the Automowers yet. I know that Terrain Kits, Automower Connect kits, blades, and a few other common parts are stocked by Buck Hardware (717-284-2722) and they are willing to ship them.
The part # for the Automower Connect kit is 586 66 23-04. But this should be installed by a dealer because after installation the mower should be connected to a computer and make sure the software is up to date.
If the dealer did not retrieve the PIN # from Husqvarna and give it to you then you really should take the mower back to that dealer or another Automower dealer. The reason I say this is that if they never retrieved the PIN# from Husqvarna before turning the mower over to you then that means they never turned it on and tested it as seen in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qtRFODE5CXw AND if they didn't do those 2 things I'm 99% certain that they did not update the software.
Here is what Paul is talking about when he says about the magnet at the front of the mower. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M0Ihm0-EfP0
Before a dealer lets an Automower leave the dealership the dealer needs to retrieve the PIN # from Husqvarna for the mower. And it needs to be taken out of the box and have the software updated and be tested as in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qtRFODE5CXw
Always buy from a certified and experienced dealer. Make sure they have the software to be able to diagnose and fix your mower if it breaks. Ask if they have actually installed mowers or if they sub it out to another company. If you have any other questions just give Buck Hardware a call (717-284-2722).
Acreage is not a determining factor in how much area an Automower can mow. The amount of wire is really what determines what it can handle and what it can't. If you stay between 800 to 1,000 meters total (Guide & Perimeter) than you should be fine. So if you put a border of some sort around a flower bed rather than running wire in and out from the perimeter to make an island, you'll be able to expand your mowing area a little more. Doesn't sound like much, but it tall adds up.
If you are interested in a 450X call Buck Hardware (717-284-2722) and talk to them. They are a certified dealer and are one of the most experienced Automower dealers in the United States as far as sales, service, and installs.
In my experience loose wheels are more common on units with a terrain kit that are running on dry hard surfaces. Seems that maybe the excess vibration from the taller treads plays a part in this.
Paul is correct! You can even over lap the perimeter wires of both mowers and they will work fine. The mowers are on different frequencies and basically do not exist to each other. If you have any other questions or need help be sure to call Buck Hardware (717-284-2722). They can help you out.
