    Thanks for the quick response.

    What I was concerned about mostly was that the mower was NOT palletized. It was fully assembled out of the box/crate. The driver just stuck the forks under the deck and lifted the entire 800 lb. mower. He strapped it tight to the lift so that it would not squirm around on the forks and fall off but, other than that, when it backed the forklift away, we rolled it out of the street to the end of the driveway. From there, it would not go into gear to drive it further into the yard. My gut tells me that that was not a smart way to unload a mower. Your thoughts?
