    Yes, it's pretty obvious that "Some" method be found to more securely lock this "screw" down, in order to keep the idler from working loose and causing belt damage.  I just used parts I had on hand in my workshop, and I will keep a close eye on this idler and try another method if I see any further loosening.  

    I was a bit disappointed when I saw how this area was manufactured....I'm surprised that  Husqvarna let something like this escape their "quality control".
