Warranty Question last edited February 10, 2012 by Doug Cottrell in Husqvarna: Ask & Answer > Zero Turn Mowers public
    Question:
I purchased a RZ5424 zero turn mower on September 24th, of this year, and today i walked in my garage to use it and found a baseball size knot on one of the rear tires. This mower only has 7.3 hours on it and isn't even a full 2 months old. I have looked all thru the warranty papers and could not find anything that says the tires are not covered, so i am wondering what kind of coverage the tires fall under. Thank you for any help.

Warranty Question posted June 25, 2013 by Doug Cottrell in Husqvarna: Ask & Answer > Zero Turn Mowers public
    Question:
I bought a new RZ5424 about 2 years ago, that now has about 56 hours it and I have a number of issues with it to date. #1 one rear tire developed a seperation and blew up during the night, in my garage. You replaced it under warranty because it only had 6 hours on it.#2 a pulley came loose and cut into the deck frame causing the deck to be welded, for a warranty repair, which no one would respond from Husqvarna. Now both front tires have developed small bubbles on them, which will eventually blow, and I only have about 56 hours on it.Also every time the mower has to be repaired , it cost me $50 for transporting it. I would please like to be contacted about this mower, to come to a resolution if I have bought a lemon or not. Also, while looking at it from behind, I have also noticed that the rear axles have started to bend upward causing the rear tires to wear on the inside edges. I only have 1.3 acres and it is all finish graded, so I know I'm not bouncing this mower too much causing this condition. I purchased the mower from Nationwide Farm Supply in New Castle Kentucky, and hate to bother the salesman again, over this mower. My cell number is 502-647-2723, and can be reached any evening after 5pm EST. Thank you

    Question:
I purchased my zero turn RZ5424 in September 2011, and have just experienced my 3rd warranty problem with the unit.First after less than 10 hrs, a rear tire seperated and exploded. Second, the left side transmission drive gears went completely out. And now the 3rd, a deck pulley has come loose and cut into the deck mount where it joins the frame. How many more issues are going to be allowed before this unit is recalled, and I am given a whole new unit. So far no injuries have occured with these issue, but how lucky can one customer be. I would very much like another unit to try and restore my faith in Husqvarna. Thank you, and by the way this unit still has less than 60 hrs on it.And on top of all that, I have to pay $50 dollars each time the unit has to be repaired, for transportation to and from the dealership.
