Can you send me the missing part?

could someone PLEASE help me. My husky 800awd walk behind mower broke the drive unit handles beginning of this years mowing season i ordered the part back in july and now its almost november and its still hasent come in what seems to be the problem? Im getting tired of pushing this thing

Does anyone know if the support cross bar on the handle and the 9 position wheel adjusters that used to be features on Husqvarna's push mowers will fit on the current 5521P or 7021P?

My 22 year old MTD mower has a nice rigid handle and 7 position height adjustment.
The MTD has seen its better days. I'm sort of okay that I can't even find a decent 22 inch push mower anymore and would accept the smaller 21 inch cut of the Husqvarna.
But a handle that is very likely not as strong and having fewer height choices is hard to accept.

I just hate having to settle for less than I had. I thought I was buying up going from an old MTD to a Husqvarna.

This is a question that your customer service in N.C. told me I needed to get the answers from you, since they didn't have the model number in their system (yet).

I bought a 22" Black Max FWD self-propelled mower from Sam's Club on National Blvd in Huntsville AL on Good Friday (2012/04/06):

The problem is, I did not get anything with it except the
grass catcher.

I need the packet of Manuals that is supposed to come with it
and the grass Discharge Deflector (ie: grass chute for
non-mulch use). Looking in an opened one at the store since
my other post, I found the part numbers that your
Customer Service number could not find:

Discharge Deflector: PN# 532-40-30-73
Repair Parts Manual: PN# 532-44-59-67
Operators' Manual:
(No PN, but this number - 193733 Rev. 9 09.16.10)
Owner's Manual:
(No PN, but these numbers - 434780-Rev2; POM-31Z8B028;
00X31-Z8B-0280)

BTW, I was told by the CSR on the phone that the
deflector for the (similar) Model #961440005
is the same part number (532-40-30-73), if that is of
any help to you.

I also noticed that the blade supplied with it is very
light-weight, and was wanting to know if you make a heavier
blade for that model. If so, could you please let me know

It also was supposed to come with a 'can' of oil, but I don't
care about that, but these other things I do.

I live in the country with a very large yard, and
"mulch-only" will NEVER cut it (sorry for the pun).
I'll have no choice but to use it without a deflector
if you cannot supply one, as I can't get it from
Sam's Club, and I don't want to haul the whole thing
back down almost 100 miles to return it at this point.


If there were any other parts or tools that I should have received (and need), I'd appreciate your help on that, too.
