I went to my local Husqvarna dealer to buy a replacement...escalated
Parts Question posted April 28, 2012 by Paul Romaldini
    Question:
I went to my local Husqvarna dealer to buy a replacement blade for my 7021P. He sold me a 531 30 07-64 "premium mulch blade." Compared to the stock blade, this blade is somewhat beefier. After checking the Husq. website, I found that the proper part number for a 7021P blade is 532 40 67-12. Will using the 531 30 07-64 blade harm my 7021P? Also, I never use my mower to mulch. Thanks.

Parts Question posted April 28, 2012 by Henry Plummer
    Question:
Recently I purchased a HD800HW (961430088) walk-behind mower. I prefer to keep documentation for all my equipment in electronic form.

I failed to find the Operator's Manual or the Illustrated Parts List on the Husqvarna support site (searched for HD800HW, variations of the same and 961430088). I guess I'm looking in the wrong place since it's very uncommon for a manufacturer to not post such information that is easily to find.

Husqvarna HU800HW mower: Important part missing! Arrived...escalated
Parts Question posted April 23, 2012 by Dan Davis
    Question:
Husqvarna HU800HW mower: Important part missing!

Arrived brand-new in box on Friday. Excitedly set it up (easy!), but it seemed to be missing something. I purchased this mower because it was promoted as having enough power for heavy-duty cutting . . . and that it could bag, mulch, or discharge via an attachable 'clipping deflector'. From the review threads I read this 'clipping deflector' would ship separately when I registered the mower (which seemed a little goofy, but what do I know?). For my purposes the clipping deflector is essential, since I could tell from the design this would never function well as a straight'mulcher'.

I've called Husqvarna six times today trying to find out what's the deal with the clipping deflector. They tell me there's no such part on THEIR parts list = they can't help me. I ask for a supervisor/they say okay/I listen to bad music for fifteen minutes and then the phone hangs up. What's happened to Husky!!! Our family has been buying Husky products for 20+ years and happily so. We must have a dozen orange saws of every size amongst us. I've never bothered customer service before, but this is ridiculous. This is BAD business.

There's a picture of the clipping deflector in the owner's manual that came with the mower. I need this part! What's the deal?

Parts Question posted April 22, 2012 by Robert Loiseau
    Question:
I have a WH4817 and would like to put inner tubes in the front tires as they lose pressure during long periods of inactivity. My dealer says I need to give him a part number for the tubes. The part number for the tire is 539 14556.

    Thank you.

    Question:
I just purchased a Husqvarna HU775H walk behind mower and am very pleased. However, I don't understand why the owner's manual does not have an illustrated parts list for this mower. Any way I can obtain such a listing?
