Question:PP4620AVHD purchased 3/10/2010 chain tensioner problem
This saw is great except the fact that I can only use it to make one good cut or a few small ones and the chain loosens big time. Apparently this is a known issue? Can you help with this please? If there are parts that will help and/or you can send me that would be exceptional thanks BillDetails:Serial # 06277D100427-1
