    Question:
Vibrates and is Weak on the left side of the trottle. Sounds like a transmission failure
    Details:

I bought a zero turn RZ5424 in Feb of 2011. It is now Sept. of 2011 and I have a transmission problem. How can that be? What can I do? It is weak and vibrates on the left side of the mower. It sounds like I need a new transmission but this is practically brand new. Need advice and help regarding warranty on the transmission. Thanks!

We purchased an RZ5426 from Lowe's on 5/10/2012 and it...escalated
Warranty Question posted October 17, 2012 by Heather Carter
    Question:
We purchased an RZ5426 from Lowe's on 5/10/2012 and it has less than 8 hours on the mower. While I was mowing yesterday it threw the belt off and I found that the pulley on the belt drive had a large whole worn in the middle of it. Can you tell me what may cause this and if it is covered under warranty.

Why can't you ship me a $22 part that failed in less...escalated
Warranty Question posted March 27, 2014 by P.D. Smith Jr.
    Question:
Why can't you ship me a $22 part that failed in less then one year. This z turn mower has been used six times since June of 2013. Stored in a barn out of the weather over our short winter in N. Fl.. It's 54" wide, maybe 800#. The Idler sheave took 5 min. to remove & 5 min. to install. Your policy ruined hopes of me buying another one of your products.

why was i told by a dealer that all mowers had a warrenty...escalated
Warranty Question posted January 16, 2013 by chris page
    Question:
why was i told by a dealer that all mowers had a warrenty even if you use a residential mower commercially you would still have 90 day warrenty/i was told for such a small area less than 1/4 acre and the fact that i own the building that a commercial machine was a waste of money yet it broke after the 1st 10 minutes of use because of design flaw and husq.says i used residential mach as commercial ,well i own the place and its ONLY ONLY ONLY 10 MINUTES OLD all the *** dealers in CT tell me its a design flaw and thats why no one sells the 42 in residential model and that they are not welders or fabricators so they can not work on it and buy another one WOW GREAT IDEA i just spent 3000 and it worked 10 minutes let me get 10 more so i can cut my lawn 1 time, well the arms hit the deck bar when you close them to drive and then deck pops out of grove falls to ground and drags and bends under machine AND AGAIN DEALER TOLD ME TO BUY THIS because i did not need a commerical machine

Zero-Turn mower out of warranty - Possible design flaw....7
Warranty Question posted July 13, 2016 by Robert Hodge
    Question:
Zero-Turn mower out of warranty - Possible design flaw....
    Details:

I have had my EZ5224 since 2010, just the other day the bracket holding the right hydraulic drive snapped (See attached picture). The hydraulic drive has four holes to mount a bracket but the bracket Husqvarna uses only has two mounting holes which will allow the hydraulic motor to 'flex' when on uneven/bumpy terrain. Has Husqvarna changed this design in current models?
