    Question:
    As you all realize, it is almost Labor Day Weekend, people wan't their yards to look nice and so forth, But when you have a broken down 2011 PZT5224 and a servicing dealer says it could be at least a couple of weeks, and Husqvarna doesn't give a rats behind, ie: service bulletin about this problem see pic below. You have to take matters in your own hands, So an individual does not lose friends and or customers. You fix the piece of ---- so you can mow, you then contact the Better business bureau and file a complaint 87 hrs on this zero turn the selling dealer did not register it with the manufacturer like they said they would, [maybe if it was registered I would have known about this service issue] and Husqvarna customer service is so noncaring it makes me sick

    Question:
    At what point does my mower just get returned for good?

    I purchased a brand new RZ5425 on July 5, 2014 on August 25, I had to have it serviced because it quit running. The machine had 8.6 hours on it. I had to pust a $3000 dollar lawn mower back to the house and push it on to a trailer. I had it serviced and the list was a half page long of what was wrong with it. New push rod, new gaskets, 2 new spark plugs, Rt hand cylinder adjustment nuts for valve loosend up, In sported all valves and readjusted, Replaced bent push rod (intake. That was the first service now I get it back and run the machine and the mower will not turn off. It now has 11.5 hours on it. I have spent more hours running it back and forth do the service center than mowing my grass. When is enough? I am extremley disappointed in this machine.

    Question:
    Bought a Husqvarna Z254 mower a few months back and am about to to be sending it to the repair shop for the 3rd time and it only has 11 hour on it. The first time they could not find anything wrong with it. The second time, I was told that they think it could be an issue with the carburator but that I would have to go to an authorized Briggs and Stratton dealer to have them work on it. I called a local authorized dealer and was told that this may not be covered under my warranty since it could be a fuel related issue. I already had the Husqvarna authorized dealer tell that the fuel in the machine was good. What recourse do I have if the Briggs and Stratton dealer tells me the repair is not under warranty? I have already been suffering with not being able to use the mower and not I could be stuck with a large repair bill on a brand new tractor.

    Drive belt jumping off of pulleys....Answeredescalated3
    Warranty Question posted March 27, 2012 by Ronald Schmiege
    Question:
    Drive belt jumping off of pulleys.
    Model=RZ4623,ID=966764501
    Serial #: 041211C002523
    Purchased 5/26/11
    I am having trouble with the drive belt jumping off the pulleys, even at slow speeds while turning. I bought the RZ4623 from a local Lowes and they know nothing about the mower. They didn't even have it set up correctly when they delivered it. I had to connect the seat interlock safety switch and go back to them for bolts to connect the seat to the mower deck. I'm an automotive engineer so I can follow instructions pretty well if you can deal with me directly. It seems the spring applying force to the idler pulley is too weak to keep the belt from developing a wave large enough to jump the lip of the pulley when I try to turn. It only jumps every other week or so, but the mower only has 9 hours on it.

    Warranty Question posted October 17, 2011 by Norman Masters
    Question:
    Hello. I have a new 5424 (bought from Sears). So far, it's a great unit. I have a problem with the hour meter, however. It read 12.4 hours when I got the machine and after 3 plus hours of use it still reads 12.4 hours. Either it's defective or installed improperly. There are 3 terminals on it. The Husqvarnaa wiring diagram doesn't really indicate which two to use. It looks to be a sendec unit. Their instructions indicate how to install it inline, which is how it was installed. I believe it is defective. How do I get a replacement? Thanks.
