Hi: I want to purchase several pieces of Husqvarna products...escalated
Warranty Question posted January 8, 2014 by Robert Burla
    Question:
Hi: I want to purchase several pieces of Husqvarna products in the USA and bring them back to Canada. I was told that there will be no warranty in Canada if I bring them back over here. I spoke to 4 different dealers here and ALL said that they will not work on them at all. Why is there no warranty crossing the border. If I purchase an GM truck here and had an problem with it in the States, GM would fix it with no problem at all?????? Come on guys get with the times. You are losing business with this policy of yours. I want to stay an Husqvarna guy but with this issue I am considering going green than orange.

Warranty Question posted October 28, 2013 by WitcheeMe
    Question:
How do I know if a particular problem with RZ5424 will be covered by warranty (the thing is barely over 5 months old)? The last time it was to be used the brakes failed and when one lowers the brake and holds the handle bars in the up closed position (sorry can't think of another way to describe it)the darn thing decides to start going in circles? I know that the manual says that it has to be taken to a specific service center/dealer for warranty coverage (first failure ... I had to tell the customer service person the name of the service center cuz they were only giving me two and I was on the husqvarna website and had a list of 6!)...they even questioned if I was on the right website so gave them the url.....oh, lo and behold they suddenly refreshed their page and there it miraculously appeared. Anyway, I digress...........I need to know if this is going to be covered or how I can find out PRIOR to paying the ungodly sum it will probably cost me to get it there....you would think that a company would include pickup and delivery for warranty related issues....especially after one has spent thousands of dollars on a piece of equipment and without it even reaching 6 months it is already having this type of issues. Please advise as to what I can do and how I can be reassured that this will be covered by the warranty. Thank you.

HUWRZ5424 early life electrical issue... serial number...escalated
Warranty Question posted December 14, 2012 by Gary Graham
    Question:
HUWRZ5424 early life electrical issue... serial number 072611C00. Purchased on 10/4/12 from Western Small Engines in Pell City, Alabama. The mower has been used only twice to cut grass, and after sitting a couple of weeks, the battery was drained. I attempted to jump start, but it was obvious that something is wrong because the starter seems to be engaged, even before turning the key switch. I searched the Answer Army forum and did not see posts matching this symptom. Please let me know the best way to get this issue fixed.

Warranty Question posted June 25, 2013 by Doug Cottrell
    Question:
I bought a new RZ5424 about 2 years ago, that now has about 56 hours it and I have a number of issues with it to date. #1 one rear tire developed a seperation and blew up during the night, in my garage. You replaced it under warranty because it only had 6 hours on it.#2 a pulley came loose and cut into the deck frame causing the deck to be welded, for a warranty repair, which no one would respond from Husqvarna. Now both front tires have developed small bubbles on them, which will eventually blow, and I only have about 56 hours on it.Also every time the mower has to be repaired , it cost me $50 for transporting it. I would please like to be contacted about this mower, to come to a resolution if I have bought a lemon or not. Also, while looking at it from behind, I have also noticed that the rear axles have started to bend upward causing the rear tires to wear on the inside edges. I only have 1.3 acres and it is all finish graded, so I know I'm not bouncing this mower too much causing this condition. I purchased the mower from Nationwide Farm Supply in New Castle Kentucky, and hate to bother the salesman again, over this mower. My cell number is 502-647-2723, and can be reached any evening after 5pm EST. Thank you

    Question:
I bought a RX4623 on July 19, 2013. I have a pulley that has lost its splines and I took it back to Lowe's for a warranty repair and the want to charge me $525 to replace the battery, blades, belt, spindle and pulley. I drove the mower into the store when dropping it off and used it the day before I took it to them. All I need is the pulley and maybe a spindle, is these items not covered by the manufacturers warranty? If not that's the most expensive 35 hour used mower ever.

Warranty Question posted April 6, 2012 by Randy Polk
    Question:
I bought a RZ4219 zero turn mower from a local supplier in St.Francisville,LA a few weeks ago. The belt guard fell off and damaged the deck belt while mowing. I went to buy a new belt per the stock number in the parts guide furnished with the mower (PN 574 137002). I was sold a 100" belt but it is too short. What is the correct part number and belt length?

Shouldn't it be covered under warranty since the belt guard came loose?
