Call me stupid, but I just bought a 327P5 pole saw and for the life of me can't figure out how to use the harness that came with it. The manual has no pictures showing how it's used. Do you have any photos showing the correct way to hook up the saw to the harness?
I am trying to register my newly purchased Husqvarna Hedge Trimmer 122HD60 (Model 9665324-02), but the registration page does not accept the Product name or provide any search results for the Product NO MATTER WHAT VARIATION OF THE INFORMATION I ATTEMPT.
One of the Big Box stores delivers riding lawn mowers on a flatbed truck with a forklift to offload the items. I watched them lift the mowers with the forklift blades under the assembled mowers' cutting deck. Is this at all harmful to most brands, including Husqvarna?
They attempted to deliver a mower to me last week that didn't work [not a Husqvarna] and my suspicions are that the forklift may have been to blame. True/False?
I have the 128LD (not an X, I think) I bought the hedge trimmer attachment and the extension 80cm. the extension fits the hedger trimmer bu the extension and the trimmer are both female - what am I missing. The hedge trimmer would not fit the basic unit without the extension for the same reason. Does the extension suppose to have a male shaft to mate the two? thanks for any help
I stopped short of making a purchase of a 327LDX line trimmer with a hedge trimmer head attachment.
The dealer was nice to gas up a brand new trimmer and attach the brand new hedge trimmer attachment by removing the line head.
It ran beautiful however the hedge trimmer assy (gear box)got hot to the touch after 3 minutes of run to test.
The coupler also got hot and smoke came from it.
Yes, smoke came from the coupler and even though it stopped smoking it would still heat up after a minute or two and was hot to the touch.
What is going on?
I felt badly for them gassing up a new unit and I refused to buy it.
I noticed there were no "Caution Hot" stickers so I decided this must not be normal and put away my money.
I am comparing two hedge trimmers - 122HD45 vs 123hd60 - is the only difference between the two the length of the cutting bar (5" longer on the hd60) or are there other differences? Also, in your side by side comparison you do now show the hd45 has an adjustable rear handle, but in some product descriptions it states it does?
My recently delivered snow thrower attachment for an AWD Articulated Rider appears to have two serious design flaws. The local dealer, Jack's Small Engines, doesn't seem to understand the problem. They simply want to send the thrower tower back to you for replacement (it was also damaged in shipment). I cannot accept this until you show me that these problems are not design flaws and can be easily corrected. Otherwise I don't want the product and will consider returning the AWD Articulated Rider as well as the snow thrower.
I can be contacted at 410-510-7176 or cschnee@comcast.net. I own six Husqvarna products and hope your customer service can provide some answers for me.
Just to be sure, for a 327HE4X Gas-powered Extended Reach Hedge Trimmer, I can use the Pre-Mixed 2-Stroke Fuel & Oil (part 581 15 87-01)? I didn't see in the manual that it was an option, so wanted to be absolutely sure.
