Question:
Ordered, on-line, on August 3,2011 a complete mowing deck for my 21/48 Husqvarna lawn tractor from Power Mower Warehouse in Miami, Florida. Received the carton today, almost a month later.The package was busted and taped together with that clear packing tape, but there was no mounting hardware to assemble the mower deck. I called Power Mower Warehouse and explained my plight.The representative said that he talked to the factory (you) and was informed that you do not send new mounting hardware out with your new mowing deck, and was told to use the nuts,bolts, and screws from the old deck. This did not make any sense to me. Is this your normal procedure : delayed shipping and no new mounting hardware? Please advise because ,if this is your normal servicing of customers, you have just lost one.
