    Question:
    I bought a "brand new" Husqvarna 223L string trimmer today. Should be happy and excited right? I literally spent weeks researching my next trimmer. I convinced everyone in my household that I was making a good decision. More expensive for a reason, right? I also bought the recommended 50:1 pre-blended fuel to use with it. After reading the manual front to back I followed all instructions and started it up. It started great. However, I did notice that during idling the head was spinning. I thought okay, per the manual adjustment of, “adjustment screw T” will solve this problem. Nope. Now I am stuck with taking my BRAND NEW(hours old) trimmer to an authorized service center. This is all per the manual. All I want to know is if Husqvarna is going to pay for the repairs or should I just return this piece of junk to Lowes and buy something else?

    I bought a 128LD Husqvarna trimmer and I have used it 3 times and when I started it today the rope stayed out and will not recoil. I took off the back and turned the screw to recoil the rope. When I tried again it stayed out again. How can this be fixed? Can I get a new back to put on my trimmer? I can't believe this broke after being used 3 times!!!!

    I bought a husqvarna 323 string trimmer back in April 2014 from Western Auto in Louisville, MS. The trimmer would not idile right at the time of purchase so the mechanic worked on it for a min and finally got it to idile. Well I took it home and it wouldn't idile at all during use. I proceed to take it back the next morning for them to look at it again. Again same results the mechanic states its fixed and appears to idile. I get it home and once again nothing happens. I call the dealer back the following Monday and they tell me they don't know what to do but there is not warranty/return policy on it. So, I continue to run the trimmer for about 2 more weeks until one day I have to run it on choke the entire time for it to work. After this the trimmer would not crank so i proceeded back to the dealer. They have had it now for 45 days and have made no progress in fact, I stopped by the other day to check it and the motor was in several pieces. What can I do to get this corrected. I done an in store finance and am paying for something that doesnt work at all. However, they did give me a trimmer to use for the time being but it was a return also with the same problem and it is only a 125 I believe. Please help

    I bought a Husqvarna weed eater last summer along with 2 extra trimmer heads (T35). I had to change the trimmer head for the first time today and when I opened the pack no string was visible. I put it on anyway and tried to advance it to no avail. I took it apart to try fixing it but after an hour of trying to keep everything together I gave up on it and opened the other one. It was the same thing: no string visible. I paid a lot to buy Husqvarna. I have 2 Husqvarna computerized sewing machines which I bought because I believe Husqvarna makes quality products. I paid quite a bit for 2 unusable string heads. What can Husqvarna do to help me. Can I trust buying more?

    I bought a new 128LD string trimmer from Lowes 3 years ago. I bought it because of the Husqvarna reputation for quality products. However, for the 2nd time the pull start has failed. Last summer after living with it occasionally not catching it quit catching completely and I had it fixed at my cost. It worked fine until yesterday when it went out again. The cord pulls out and recoils but does not spin the motor at all. I've been told that this is a recurring problem with that particular model. Is there a recall for that reason on this model? If not I'm fixing to chunk it and get something more dependable.

    I bought a weed trimmer 128cd 128ld from lowes in 2009. I have had it back twice and paid 75.00 because the pull cord came undone. It has happened again. Im am really unhappy. I could buy a new unit for less than to keep paying to fix this pull cord. I believe it is a poor design. I have a lawn mower,hedger, and leaf blower all older than this unit and never a problem with any of the pull cords. I would like you to either fix this once and for all or replace at no charge.
