    I tried to register my 324DLX String Trimmer via online registration and always received an error message when I clicked submit.

    When will this problem be fixed by Husqvarna?

    Trying to register and get my extra few years of warranty but there is a bug in the registration page. Every time I put in my model number and product 967 17 52-01 it locates it but the website says the product does not exist and I can go no further. This is directly on the husquarna web site. Please advise? Model 322L

    I am trying to register my product on-line. I fill out all the information and I get a message saying "Product is Mandatory".

    I have entered the model number, "trimmer" and "string trimmer" and get that error message each time.

    What answer is it looking for?

    I have tries several time from different computers to try and register my 128CD trimmer and fuel to get the 4 year warranty. When entering the warranty information I get an error that "Product is Mandatory". I cannot register my trimmer, any suggestions?

    Trying to register for warranty. Site keeps saying that I have to put in product number. I put in the # and searched like it said. Site found # and put it in field but system still says product # mandatory.

    I purchased a 128 LD Husqvarna String Trimmer on 05/15/14 and I had to register online 3 times before I finally got a confirmation Email that it was registered, now my Question is Since I purchased 3 cans of Fuel to extend the warranty to 4 years, I was hoping to get some kind of confirmation showing the warranty period. I did download a copy of the receipt, but would like to know that this went through and was received and that the warranty has been extended to 4 years. don't want to need service 3 years down the road and be told my warranty was only 2 years, so it would be nice to have some kind of record to show this has been extended.     I recently purchased Husqvarna 128LD. When I registered it on 04/26/2014, I attached a receipt indicating that I bought three cans of your gas mix along with my purchase of 128LD. How can I get confirmation that you actually received the above receipt and that my warranty has been extended? I want to see in writing that my warranty has been extended. My confirmation number is 140426-001341. When I called your consumer assistance line, the representative could not provide me with this answer and suggested that I ask the Answer Army.

    I want to know what return policy is on them? Ive bought two 223L string trimmers and both have broke three times within 90 days. Really unsatisfied and would like to return them but my dealer will not except them. Really really disappointed used Husqvarna all my life but they wont hold up.

    I m attempting to register a new 128LD trimmer. Product # 952711953. The search finds this product # however there are no corresponding model #'s. Your registration requires a model #. How can I register my product. I also purchased the 3 cans of fuel and should be eligible for additional warranty. Will I have an opportunity to enter this as well?

    I ordered 128LD straight shaft trimmer on January 15th from Amazon. When I opened the package, the plastic cover surrounding the muffler was damaged. Two of the flanges where broken off and the plastic grate is almost separated at the seam. Is this a part that would be covered by warranty due to shipping?
