When entering the warranty information I get an error that "Product is Mandatory". I cannot register my trimmer, any suggestions?

I did download a copy of the receipt, but would like to know that this went through and was received and that the warranty has been extended to 4 years. don't want to need service 3 years down the road and be told my warranty was only 2 years, so it would be nice to have some kind of record to show this has been extended. When I registered it on 04/26/2014, I attached a receipt indicating that I bought three cans of your gas mix along with my purchase of 128LD. How can I get confirmation that you actually received the above receipt and that my warranty has been extended? I want to see in writing that my warranty has been extended. My confirmation number is 140426-001341. When I called your consumer assistance line, the representative could not provide me with this answer and suggested that I ask the Answer Army.

Really unsatisfied and would like to return them but my dealer will not except them. Really really disappointed used Husqvarna all my life but they wont hold up.

When I opened the package, the plastic cover surrounding the muffler was damaged. Two of the flanges where broken off and the plastic grate is almost separated at the seam. Is this a part that would be covered by warranty due to shipping?
