    Question:
I purchased a 128LD and registered it online. I also purchased 3 cans of fuel for the extended warranty. I scanned a copy of the receipt ... I registered and did not find a way to attach the receipt. How is this done so that I can get the extended warranty?

    Question:
I own a trimmer 128LD s/n 11115N102288, bought at Lowes. my issue is the clear plastic gas line in the gas tank has totally disintegrated. It was having issues last summer wondering why it was cutting out. so this summer I emptied the fuel tank and a bits of the tubing and filter rolled out. Can this be saved or maybe warranty I don't see the replacement part for this tubing and filter. Any advise or info would be great-frustrated, thanks.

    Question:
I purchased my 128LD from the local Lowes store last year. I used it for only one-season. Early this Spring when I tried to start it, it stalled. I had fresh fuel in the tank and changed the spark plug. I took it to the local dealer and was told the carburetor is "dirty" which is not covered by the warranty. One of the reasons I was told is due to the current mix of gas with Ethanol. I am really not happy about this. This is not my first trimmer and I never had any such problems before. One trimmer I had I used it for about ten years. I expect this 128LD at least should last about that long. Now I had it for one season and it won't work. This is poor quality product. Do you expect this trimmer works in a "clean" environment? Do you expect we use fuel other than from gas station?

    I bought a "brand new" Husqvarna 223L string...escalated1
Warranty Question posted May 12, 2014 by John P
    Question:
I bought a "brand new" Husqvarna 223L string trimmer today. Should be happy and excited right? I literally spent weeks researching my next trimmer. I convinced everyone in my household that I was making a good decision. More expensive for a reason, right? I also bought the recommended 50:1 pre-blended fuel to use with it. After reading the manual front to back I followed all instructions and started it up. It started great. However, I did notice that during idling the head was spinning. I thought okay, per the manual adjustment of, “adjustment screw T” will solve this problem. Nope. Now I am stuck with taking my BRAND NEW(hours old) trimmer to an authorized service center. This is all per the manual. All I want to know is if Husqvarna is going to pay for the repairs or should I just return this piece of junk to Lowes and buy something else?

    I have a 128cd string trimmer purchased from Lowes...escalated1
Warranty Question posted June 28, 2012 by Jason Kline
    Question:
I have a 128cd string trimmer purchased from Lowes approximately 2 years ago with very few hours on it. It will not start at all. I have put fresh gas in it and replaced the spark plug and carburator. I have good spark and almost 100lbs compression on the cylinder. Is this covered by warranty, if not, what can I do to get it going?

    I purchased a factory refurbish128CD 28cc Grass Trimmer...escalated1
Warranty Question posted May 2, 2012 by Robert Carroll
    Question:
    I purchased a factory refurbish128CD 28cc Grass Trimmer through a ebay reseller V&M Innovation

The motor started right up but the drive shaft and head does not spin. When I contacted them they said Husqvarna would fix.

I have tried for three days to contact customer service at Husqvarna but NO one answer the phone. Do you like being on hold for 3-4-40 minutes??????

I did find a local service supplier but not sure what I need to have the repair. If I can not get answer today I will return to the seller and NEVER do business with your company again!
