Question:Does the weed eater one riding lawn mower have a mulching blade that I can order? If so, what is the part numbler?

- Question:During the first use of my Weedeater One I had some issues with the steering. If I turned all the way left or right, the steering would lock up. I would have to get off and pull both front tires by hand in the opposite direction to unlock. Eventually I noticed the steering wheel turning but the wheels were not. I took it back to my garage and pulled the steering wheel. What I found was that the inside of the steering wheel adaptor that fits over the shaft was stripped out. I since have ordered two new ones onlyto find out they are presently not available and are on back-order. I found the adaptor to be made from a very soft plasticand not capable of handling much abuse from bumps or ruts in the yard. Are there any plans to re-design this part and make itout of something more substantial that can better tolerate minor abuses that exhist in most peoples yards? Secondly, do you have any idea when theseparts may be available toyour parts suppliers? Other than that, I'm pleased so far.It's a nice little riding mower for people who don't need a larger yard tractor.

First time belt slipped off was within first 5 uses, last spring had to put belt back on over 10 times in the course of mowing just under an acre, my last mower never had this issue in the 15 years i owned it. Have given up taking it to dealer to have belt replaced, so tried to go there and buy the belt, after 2 visits there they are still unable to figure out which belt it is i need. What is the product or model number?
Another issue I have had is difficulty in maintaining an even cut height. Each time its been serviced deck has been leveled, and I have leveled it countless times but quickly it becomes unbalanced. For the price I was not expecting a professional grade machine but have been suprissed by the flimsiness, rattling and vibration of the mower and am embarassed i bought a machine that can not last a season without an issue
On positive side engine has been reliable, immediate start. - Question:Having Same Problem As A couple Others ( WeedEster One Model). Mower Will Go in Rev, When In Neutral Goes In Rev as well, But will NOT Go Forward in Any Gear. Tried With Free Wheel Engaged and Disengaged. Nothing Forward. Brand New, Just Got it Home, Was Assembled at Walmart. Anything I can Check Or Adj myself ??

The battery is fine with 12.5 volts. When I go to start it. One of the fuse relays under the seat makes a loud whining noise. There is 2 relays. Thinking the relay was bad I swapped the 2 relays over. And it's always the relay on the left side of the mower whining. What could be the problem here?
- Question:Hi, I purchased the Weedeater One on 7/24/10. I've used it twice, but have never been able to get the automatic start to work. I have to use the pull start. I think I've followed the correct procedures (i.e. free control engaged, sitting on seat, parking break set, neutral, and deck clutch disengaged). When I turn the key to the start position, I get nothing, not even a click sound. Do you have a suggestion? Should I return it to Home Deport or take it to a service center? Thanks.

I bought the weedeater one approx 5 weeks ago. Now with 5 mowings I have the drive chain slipping to the point that it will not go forward with anyone sitting on the mower. If you hold your hand on the seat and walk beside it you can mow, but if I wanted to do that I would have bought another pushmower. Can you help me resolve this issue? (drive chain slipping when going forward).
