I have a weedeater one 26 in riding mower that I have had for a year now. In the first week the brake cable broke which I replaced at a cost of $45.00. Last week I had to replace the mandril assembly at a cost of $53.00, and now the transaxle assembly needs replacing at a cost of $340.00 which I refuse to pay for. What can do since it is still under warranty?
My less than 1 year old Weed Eater One has been in service for a transmission failure for over a month, at one of your service centers. At what point do I expect a replacement mower?
Thank You

The breaks on my WeedEater One went out for the 2nd time. And everywhere I call using the site you provided claims they will not cover the WeedEater One...along with somethingnegative to say about the mower. Please let me know where I can get the brakes fixed again.
This is also after I experienced the same steering wheel issue that that other are complaining about :(
Also, after I turn it off it sometimes back fires (sounds like gun shots).
I have had my weed eater one for a month or so. Today, it made a very loud noise when the blade was engaged. The bearing for the blade appears to be locked up and will not turn. How do I get this fixed. Note, the mower is only a few months old and is under warranty.
I have a Weedeater One which is under warranty. The registration confirmation number is 110421-001801. There is a part that was damaged on my tractor. The key no. is 29, the part no. is 428033, and the description is spindle, LH. Can you please send me a replacement part so that I can begin using my new tractor? Thank you!
I baught a weedeater riding lawnmower with a briggs and straton motor, I've only use the machine about 6 time since I baught it in oct 2011,now I am having problems with the motor , it misses alot , like something is wrong with the carburator , those this have a guarantee and hwere do I take it too? . I live in Miami Florida 33013
I purchased a Weed Eater One from the Rona in Chilliwack, BC, Canada on May 21, 2011. The machine's serial number is 041311L002912. It now will not move forward without making a loud grinding noise, though it will go into reverse just fine. I would like to take it in for warranty repairs since it is less than a year old and has less than 20 hours time on it.
The problem is that when calling the companies listed on the service locator I find that while they will service Weed Eater products they will no longer do warranty repairs. I've called the first nine companies listed with no luck and the next one's are in the US so I'm not going to take it across the border for repairs.
Can you direct me to a repair agent that will do warranty repairs on my Weed Eater One and don't say to check the service locator?
I have a weedeater one riding lawn mower with a steering problem. I can't find out where to take it to get it fixed under warranty. It was purchased at Walmart and I took it to a local repair center that was listed as a warranty center for WeedEater one products and they said they don't cover weedeater products warranty, even though the website said they would... As usual a runaround...
Please let me know what service center near York, PA 17408 will fix this for me under warranty.
Of course Walmart says it is covered under the manufacturer warranty and they won't help either...
