General Product Question posted July 11, 2011 by Dean Erickson
    Question:
130BT blower purchashed at Lowe's 5-22-11. Worked great for six uses of about 5 minutes each time. Problem I have now is that it starts easily but quits if I apply throttle. Gas is fresh & air filter has been cleaned regularly. Spark plug looks new. How can it be fixed without cost to me? for over $200. this shouldn't fail so soon. HELP!!

General Product Question posted October 9, 2011 by Steve K
    Question:
150BT vs. 350BT--When someone else recently asked what is the difference between these two blowers, the answer given was

    >>The primary differences were shrouding, decals and the blower tubes / nozzles.<<

I am considering purchase of these models. However, the answer didn't really make it clear what the differences are. My questions are:
--In saying that the differences "were," do you mean that one of these models has been discontinued? If so, which one?
--What are the differences in the shrouding and the blower tubes/nozzles, and what is their effect when you are using these models?
--Why do these two models have different cfm and air speed ratings?
--Which model is better, and why?

    Thank you very much.

350BT: Is this gap in the housing normal?
General Product Question posted March 27, 2018 by Matthew Brousseau
    Question:
350BT: Is this gap in the housing normal?
    Details:

I ordered a 350BT blower online. When it arrived I unboxed it and inspected it and noticed this decent sided gap where the two orange parts meet (see attached image). Can anyone verify if their backpack blower has a similar gap? Will this cause any issues for me down the road or is this purely cosmetic? TIA!

General Product Question posted November 6, 2011 by Ruth Valliere
    Question:
About 2 years ago we purchased a 150BT backpack blower and was very happy with the quality and performance of the blower. This year,we purchased a second 150BT blower and was surprised to discover the changes in quality. The on/off switch is easily switched unexpectedly, the length of the hose assembly is shorter, and most disappointing, the cheapness of the hose assembly. It is made of thinner plastic than the first unit we purchased and the hand control is poorly designed.
