Warranty Question posted June 5, 2017 by ALBERT DE ANGELOQuestion:I received a 125B leaf blower as a Christmas gift. I have used it 4 times and have had difficulty when I throttle it manually. It continually shuts off. I use only Tru Fuel 50:1 Pre Mixed Fuel 93 octane, ethanol-free formula Ethanol-free formula.
Why should I need a service center?
This seems to be a Manufacturing problem as far as I have a read. You always give the excuse of using gas with ethanol as the culprit. I think a return to the mfg is in order. It costs me 1100 to get it fixed. A few weeks later, my husvarna backpack blower starting leaking gas and would not start. The mechanic said it's not even worth it to fix, said it would cost 250 to fix it. Might as well buy a new one. I was hoping your company could do something for my backpack blower, as I can't afford another set back. I'm really disappointed I the longevity of your products. I I attached a copy of the receipt for 96 ounces of Husqvarna pre-mixed fuel and filled in all spaces correctly. However the web page reported ad an error: "An error occurred while saving: null". My model # is 350BT. Serial # is 20164400068. Help please

Also, why offer online registration if it does not take the place of the hard copy receipt?

I used this program for my chainsaw a year ago but purchased at a different dealer. Now, I cannot find the 360BT listed on the warranty extension program. Is the program still in existence and is the 360BT a part of that program? Thanks.
