Warranty Question posted April 7, 2017 by Daniel HoffmanQuestion:I bought a 46 inch husvarna tractor over 6 years ago. 6 months out of warranty it began leaking oil, cracked block. It costs me 1100 to get it fixed. A few weeks later, my husvarna backpack blower starting leaking gas and would not start. The mechanic said it's not even worth it to fix, said it would cost 250 to fix it. Might as well buy a new one. I was hoping your company could do something for my backpack blower, as I can't afford another set back. I'm really disappointed I the longevity of your products. I attempted to register it online as instructed to obtain the extended warranty. I I attached a copy of the receipt for 96 ounces of Husqvarna pre-mixed fuel and filled in all spaces correctly. However the web page reported ad an error: "An error occurred while saving: null". My model # is 350BT. Serial # is 20164400068. Help please

How do I get written verification on the length of my warranty?
Also, why offer online registration if it does not take the place of the hard copy receipt?

I used this program for my chainsaw a year ago but purchased at a different dealer. Now, I cannot find the 360BT listed on the warranty extension program. Is the program still in existence and is the 360BT a part of that program? Thanks.

When I logged on to register my trimmer, I saw that if I had bought oil or premixed fuel at the time I purchased it, I could have extended my warranty. Since I have not used the trimmer yet, can I purchase the oil or fuel now and be granted the extended warranty??
