Just to update anyone who wrote or is reading this thread. I sent the chainsaw to Husqvarna and they completely refunded me. It was not easy. It all took about two months of back and forth communicating. The store from which I bought the chainsaw from was completely incompetent. The problem with the saw, as I probably mentioned before, was a lack of oil on the bar which lead to stalls every 5 minutes. The oiler was not adjustable. The design was not good and Husqvarna is to blame for the design.
Thank you very much for the information. I would have no problem checking whether the retainer pin is in place within the oil pump piston however this a brand new Chainsaw. If something is wrong, it should be fixed by the dealership and not me. I will take this information to the dealership and hopefully they can check this without charge.
Both 2 year and 4 year warranty only cover manufacturer defects excluding engine and transmission. Therefore the warranty does not cover anything.
Don't buy the 4 year warranty. Both 2 year warranty and 4 year warranty only cover manufacturer errors which do not include engine or transmission. So basically it covers nothing. Husqvarna use to be my favorite chainsaw company and such but recently all their products went down the drain. It's a shame. If you provide me your email (maybe through private messaging than I can send you a picture of the warranty information that was provided to me when I recently bought a Husqvarna product. It covers nothing and is simply a advertising tool.
