THIS IS WHAT I DID, FAST EASY & COST $20:
Bought a new Husqvarna XP372 ($900). Lots of trouble starting it!!! While cleaning the air filter I tried to start it without the air filter. It started the first pull. Went to get new air filter & found out a 40micron filter comes "standard". 40micron means the holes in the filter are EXTREMELY small to trap everything. I bought an 80micron filter (holes twice as big) and it starts first pull every time!
I was pissed. Told the store owner they should get Husqvarna to replace all the air filters in their chainsaws or customers will think they are crap. Whoever decided to install these air filters has never actually used a chainsaw in my opinion.
