    Question:
I have a 323R that came with the trimmer head installed. I bought the brushcutter blade kit to install. I got the trimmer head off (finally). I can't figure out how a 1" hole on the blade is supposed to sit on the shaft. There is nothing to hold the blade in place. Is there a part I am missing? Thanks.

I just got a Husqvarna 224L trimmer today and after about 10-15 minutes it starting losing power at full throttle and then shut off. It would start right back up just to do it again. I let it set for a couple hours and tried again to get the same results. Should u just return it or is there something u can do?

Parts Question posted May 26, 2013 by Mike Higgins
    Question:
I purchased and received a 323R brush cutter 4/25/2013 and the 'Cutter Attachment Guard' Item 4 in the 323R Operator's manual was not in the box of parts, which will create a personal hazard when I use the brush cutter blade. Please provide the subject part, (see image of part as marked copied below). I have registered this product with Husqvarna. Up front I purchased the 323R from Amazon and as you know they don't handle replacing missing parts, even though Husqvarna benefits greatly from supplying Amazon with a lot of your products to sell. Please just send me the missing Husqvarna 323R Brush Cutter Guard, as I don't want to return your 323R back to Amazon and purchase another named brand. Also, the wing nut for attaching handle bar to the shaft is the wrong size as the holding bolt hex head does not fit it, however I will fix it. Thanks Mike Higgins 3961 Bittle Rd, Gibsonville, NC 27249 (Please note, I posted this in error in the String Trimmer area 5/1/13. As of 5/10-13/2013 I hadn't received any response):

Warranty Question posted September 10, 2011 by Marilyn McMahon
    Question:
We owned a 34R Husqvarna brushcutter for 23 years. We had to replace it this year and bought a 343FR. My son liked the wider handle bar width on the old one. It allowed him to have more of a swing and cut a wider arc with the brushcutter. The man where we bought it measured the diameter of the old handle bar and it was almost exactly the same. It would just need to have a hole drilled to accomodate the bolt on the power side of the old handle. Would this void the warranty if we swapped out the handles?

General Product Question posted July 21, 2013 by elly gilmore
    Question:
    Complaint:
I have purchased 3 Husqvarna weed eaters from your company through Lowe’s in Meridian MS.
The first one I purchased on 14 Mar 2010, had to return it and purchased a new one same make and model on 5 May 2011. Then I purchased the 3rd one on 14. Mar 2012. This one too is broken after a little more than 1 year use. The following information is provided regarding Model, etc.
    Family/DISP BPWES.0284 TC 28CC:OC; Model # 128CD; SKU# 952711952; SN# 11349N10013.
I am totally disappointed in your product and I would expect that you would produce a quality product. Lowe’s is not able to take the weed eater back since the purchase date is more than 1 year. However, the weed eater continues to shut down after 3 to 5 minutes. The fuel filter and the carbonator have been checked and that is not the problem. The equipment is used frequently so there is no possibility of the gasoline gumming up. Again, I am totally disappointed and I am asking for your assistance to help me with this situation. I currently do not have the money to purchase another weed eater and I would really have to think to purchase another Husqvarna. I was always under the impression that your company stood behind their products.
I would greatly appreciate hearing from you. My e-mail address is: elly_gilmore06@yahoo.com. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    Sincerely,

    Elly Gilmore

Service & Maintenance Question posted February 9, 2012 by Quentin Kessel
The Operator's Manual for my 345Fx clearing saw says "The drive shaft must be greased every three months during full-time use Contact your dealer if you are uncertain about the procedure." Thanks a lot, Husqvarna!

I loosened the bolts nearest the engine and could not get, without forcing, the shaft housing loose. Next I removed the cutting head and could not remove the shaft from there (I did find a figure for another model showing a nut at the top of the shaft, if this is the same, that would be why I could not pull it out from below).

What is my next step? Am I doing something dumb, or do I just work harder to get the shaft housing away from the engine/gas tank?
