    Question:
    I just purchased a MZ54 and I
over greased the front wheel mount and the cap popped off. I was able to put it back on. My question is do you think this did any damage.

    Thanks,
    Victor

    Question:
Q1 Is the PTO Sx (labeled on the schematic) on an RZ4619 actually the blade control sx?
Q2 On the RZ4619, the schematic shows a "solenoid" and an "electric clutch." I assume the electric clutch (in the lower left corner of the pictorial) is the blade control clutch just under the engine. What is the "solenoid" (in the upper left corner) and what does it control?
Q3 The schematic says the "seat unoccupied" for the drawing, but the drawing shows the seat sx to be in the closed position. Are both items correct? Is the seat sx closed if the seat is unoccupied?
    Details:

The questions come from page 58 on my Operator Manual for the RZ4619.  This manual is part number 115 127127 IR, dated 10-15-08.

    Question:
I recently bought a Z254F w/KT745 Koehler engine. I would like to buy a service repair manual for the ZTR and engine. I have my own repair shop (auto) and intend to do the regular maintenance and repairs within my shop as needed. Can you help me acquire the manuals?

    Regards,
    David Taylor

    Question:
We own a Husqvarna rz46i with the SmartSwitch ignition. This morning when I tried to start the mower the switch literally caught fire and smoked until we were able to remove the battery cable.

The replacement is $300. The problem is the cost of a new switch and the fact that we have no idea why the switch blew up. The mower is 4 years old so no warranty.

We'd love to put a keyed switch on it but with all of the safeties we're sure that won't work.

Any diagnostics we should do to see if the failure was caused by something other than a faulty switch? Husband says the ignition solenoid it working.

    Thanks

    Question:
I have a 2015 Husqvarna Z248F. Does anyone know what the Iso-Mount Bushing is? The location on the deck is odd and I can't figure out what its there for. Mine split on one side and came off the bolt. I will replace it but I would like to know what it does.

    Question:
I have a RZ4623. Approx 3 years old. This season it has suddenly started blowing the 20A fuse that sits between the switch and ground. The engine starts and runs for perhaps 3-5 seconds and then the fuse blows. It is a strong enough short to burn some of the plastic of the fuse and scorch the fuse wire at the fuse holder end. I replace the fuse and re-start the engine and mow for several hours without a problem. Next time I want to mow, chances are the 20A will blow upon starting. I have recently replaced the starter and it has been working great. The fuse doesn't blow until after the mower starts. Ideas as to where to start looking for the short....thanks.

    Question:
Recently purchased an MZ54, since almost day one it has had intermittent starting issues. Turn the key and absolutely nothing. The dealership has changed out the key switch, all safety switches and the starter solenoid. Always happens after the mower has been shutoff from running, sometimes if it sets for 5-10 min it will start, sometimes it may have to set 2-3 hours. Have 12 volts going to the solenoid when the key is in start position. Can jump across the solenoid and the mower will start. Any help or recommendations would be appreciated!

    Question:
I’ve owned a Husqvarna RZ46215 for several years. I’ve noticed lately that it doesn’t move forward as fast as it used to. As a matter of fact, I think it might move faster in reverse.
Also, if I’m on a slight incline, moving from left to right, the mower dives to the left. It seems like it has no power to pull it right. In the reverse, moving from right to left, it seems okay.
One last thing, when sitting in idle, with the handles in neutral position, the mower pulls to the right. Any advice?
