General Product Question posted June 19, 2013 by Matthew Strassburg
    Question:
Just purchased a DTR900 CARB. Great tiller. Trying to register it online, there is no product number for this in the system. (960930018) The mail in registration card looks like a dealer needs to sign? Would be easier on line if it worked.
    Details:
Also, used it for about 2 hours and the arm bolt that is used to lock the handle in place stripped its threads?

    Question:
Gday, Purchased a DRT900E in May of 2012. The problem I have is that the tines are not spaced equally around the shaft and the whole machine lurches real bad when the set of three tine that are nearly in a row rotate through the soil. Are there different tines available for this unit which are equally spaced on the shaft?

    Question:
I am searching for a Husqvarna DRT900H rototiller to possibly purchase. I can't find a single dealer in Northern California, (Sacramento Region), that actually has this product. Is there a dealer that has one in their showroom that I can actually see?

    Question:
I have a new DRT900, one day old. The engine surges when started cold but settles down after it warms up. However it still does not run smooth. I took it back to the dealer. They checked it out, said all was ok and that the engine surging is normal. They said it has a 10 hour break in, it would run better after that and the surging would stop. Is that correct??? thanks

    Question:
DRT 900 tiller, less than 12 hrs on it.Noproblem untill now.Noengine problem. While tilling I turned a corner.Wheels stopped pulling, but tines kept turning.Pulled side cover, adjusted belt tension:no help. Also unable to shift! As I rolled it to the barn I noticed that the AXEL was able to slide freely side to side!S ounds to me the weld on the axel spocket gave up.Found only one dealer in the area willing to consider looking at it,but he has a 6 mos waiting list.Believe I'm up the proverbial creek.Try to answer better than "yes".
    Details:

    Question:
I just purchased the DRT900. After tilling for 5-10 minutes in Forward mode, the tiller abruptly shut off. After investigating, I noticed the Left cleaning tine was bent toward the transmission case and was scraping against the side. I thought that perhaps this was bent like this from the start, and so after having it replaced at the dealer, began to till again. After the same amount of time the same thing happened. I have removed the cleaning tine. What could be causing this?

General Product Question posted February 24, 2012 by John Liptak
    Question:
I am interested in purchasing a Husqvarna FT900 front tine roto tiller. I understand that it has a forward and a reverse gear. I need to know how the reverse gear is engaged. Is it with a reverse lever or some kind of hokey knob? I cannot tell by the photo of it. I would appreciate an answer to this question.
    Thank you.

General Product Question posted December 15, 2011 by Duane Schenck
    Question:
I have just purchased the TB 1000 rechargable tiller and would like to know what a replacement battery pack (RAL 2009) will cost. I will not be able to actually use this tiller until next spring but was very interested in what this unit had to offer, so I decided to give it a 'try'. If the cost of a new battery pack will be close to half of what I paid for the entire unit, I may end up taking this back to the retail outlet and go back to the gas tillers.

Thanks for providing a great dependable name and I am hoping that this cordless tiller will be what I need.
