    I recently purchased Husqvarna 128LD. When I registered it on 04/26/2014, I attached a receipt indicating that I bought three cans of your gas mix along with my purchase of 128LD. How can I get confirmation that you actually received the above receipt and that my warranty has been extended? I want to see in writing that my warranty has been extended. My confirmation number is 140426-001341. When I called your consumer assistance line, the representative could not provide me with this answer and suggested that I ask the Answer Army.

    I just purchased a 224L. I would like to know what I need to do to qualify for the extended warranty program. The 224L is not a two-cycle so surely it doesnt require me to purchase two-cycle oil or pre-mixed fuel. It is listed as one of the models that are eligible for the warranty program. Thanks for any help.

    I bought a weed trimmer 128cd 128ld from lowes in 2009. I have had it back twice and paid 75.00 because the pull cord came undone. It has happened again. Im am really unhappy. I could buy a new unit for less than to keep paying to fix this pull cord. I believe it is a poor design. I have a lawn mower,hedger, and leaf blower all older than this unit and never a problem with any of the pull cords. I would like you to either fix this once and for all or replace at no charge.     Trying to register and get my extra few years of warranty but there is a bug in the registration page. Every time I put in my model number and product 967 17 52-01 it locates it but the website says the product does not exist and I can go no further. This is directly on the husquarna web site. Please advise? Model 322L

    I purchased my 128LD from the local Lowes store last year. I used it for only one-season. Early this Spring when I tried to start it, it stalled. I had fresh fuel in the tank and changed the spark plug. I took it to the local dealer and was told the carburetor is "dirty" which is not covered by the warranty. One of the reasons I was told is due to the current mix of gas with Ethanol. I am really not happy about this. This is not my first trimmer and I never had any such problems before. One trimmer I had I used it for about ten years. I expect this 128LD at least should last about that long. Now I had it for one season and it won't work. This is poor quality product. Do you expect this trimmer works in a "clean" environment? Do you expect we use fuel other than from gas station?

    I bought a new 128LD string trimmer from Lowes 3 years ago. I bought it because of the Husqvarna reputation for quality products. However, for the 2nd time the pull start has failed. Last summer after living with it occasionally not catching it quit catching completely and I had it fixed at my cost. It worked fine until yesterday when it went out again. The cord pulls out and recoils but does not spin the motor at all. I've been told that this is a recurring problem with that particular model. Is there a recall for that reason on this model? If not I'm fixing to chunk it and get something more dependable.

    I have a 128cd string trimmer purchased from Lowes approximately 2 years ago with very few hours on it. It will not start at all. I have put fresh gas in it and replaced the spark plug and carburator. I have good spark and almost 100lbs compression on the cylinder. Is this covered by warranty, if not, what can I do to get it going?
