As a member of a number of National organizations, I have a voice ! Maybe someone in the NRA membership would know how to deal with this Problem of defective Poulan equipment. But before I ask that question of thousands of NRA members, I was in hopes that you might wish to address this issue with a design flaw that should have been RECALLED. At $25.00 bucks a pop. The repair shop says this spring is a manufacturing “nightmare”. I have a lot of money tied up in Poulan equipment, including a Pro 20hp lawn tractor. Are you going to admit you goofed and recall that spring with a version that would not give up so easily? Could you send me 2 or 3 of these springs So at least my trimmer isn't in the shop all the time. Or give me a replacement "new version" that will let me use my attachments ( brush trimmer, pole saw, line trimmer etc.) SPRING IN QUESTION Part # 545188301 Spring - Starter Hub Rick Evans
