Question:I just purchased a Weed Eater One riding mower from Wal Mart and during my first use I found that the mower would still move forward when the shift lever was in the neutral position. Also the lever in the back to allow the mower to move by pushing it doesn't stay in the free movement position. - Question:Weed Eater One Promotions...
(1)On the weed eater one site two weeks aggo it said if you purchase a weed eater one in July you would receive a free mulch kit upon registering the Weed Eater One product. Registeration was made 7/15/10, purchased online from Home Depot on 7/2/10 and received 7/13/10. When will I receive confirmation that I will be receiving the free mulch kit?
(2) Last week on the Weed Eater One website it stated if you bought a new Weed Eater One between 7/1/2010 and 7/10/2010 you are eligible for a $50.00 rebate. You had to complete a registration on line, but the screen to register would not open and I sent an email to Poulan Pro Consumer Website (Incident" 100716-001358) explaining the problem and have not heard back. I did receive an email acknowledging my inquiry ( Incident:100716-001358.) How do I register for the $50.00 rebate. Thank You. - Question:Where in or near Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada can I purchase the mulch kit and 2 bin bagger for the Weed Eater One? Sears Canada does not sell the 2 bin bagger or the mulch kit.
Also, what are the names / addresses of the weed eater one service dealers in or near Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada?

bill - Question:I just purchased a Weed Eater One, and out of the box I have concerns. My biggest concern is a loud rattling that comes from under the engine while it's in drive. When I push the clutch/brake in the rattling goes away. It sounds like a clanking noise. This happens whether the mower blades are engaged or not. Also, when I engage the blades, the machine shakes and the engine almost stalls. I've also noticed the engine sputters quite a bit. I'm assuming (hoping) none of this is normal? Did I get a lemon?

Just wanted to give a update and say after almost 2 months of using my new riding mower I'm very pleased. I've put my mower to the test cutting 3' tall grass and climbing grades near 30 degree or more inclines.....(the key here is to get a running start in 3 rd gear and to my surprise I make it up). Battery was dead when I bought it last month but went to Harbor freight and tools and picked up a $ 8 float charger a few weeks ago and now its starts every time and stays charged on its own. I'm really amazed how little gas this mower uses. I use to hate cutting grass but now I can't wait for it to grow so I can jump on my little grass mowing go-kart. : )

- Question:Just purchased a Weedeater One yesterday went to try it out today and the deck will not lower. I engage the deck lever and push it down all the way and the deck stays about 5 inches off the ground. Any Ideas on what is wrong?
John - Question:I have a Weed eater one riding mower.I have been the proud owner for about 3 weeks now and have had two problems.I have spent many hours on the internet and phone tring to find a source for documentation/service and or parts.So far all listed dealers have declained any involvement with this product.The seller(Shiveley Hardware Saratoga Wyo 82331 refuses to provide ANY kind of service and will not accept a return.I finally took the machine apart figured out the problems(adjustments)Took some digital photoes and created my own service manual.I would like to return this unit or get a factory service manual.
