    Question:
I'm getting mixed answers from Husky dealers.
1-Is the carb. of my backpack blower warranted for 2 years or only 30 days?
2- Do you still recommend the foam air filter be washed, dried & re-oiled with air filter oil OR should it be replaced?

General Product Question posted April 22, 2013 by Brett Ormsby
    Question:
This is regarding a promotion at the time I purchased my BT350 Blower, in the spring of 2012. Since then I have called several times and been sent here twice - still do not have an answer or the t-shirt I am looking for. I was to receive a t-shirt when I registered my blower. I did, and got nothing. Can I have a number to call, or confirmation that it will or still can be sent? I love my blower and my trimmer - just want the shirt. Last time I called was 1/14/2013...was given the number 93148498...as a confirmation...of what? I have no clue because although they insisted my package was on it's way - it's been 3 months...no shirt. Help please. It's a shirt that looks like you are wearing a back pack blower. Awesome shirt. I've done everything on my end to get it, please help me figure out why I can't get what was promised.

    Question:
Have a 7yr old handheld blower, love it never a problem, used all year. All of a sudden it rpm'd fast and fluctuated up and down, then stalled. Tried new gas,it seems that no matter what setting I put it on, choke or not ,it does the same thing.I took everything apart and cleaned carb, put it back together, same results. Could it be air in plunger? I can't seem to get gas to come into vacuum plunger.??? Old plunger or fuel lines?

General Product Question posted October 26, 2018 by Dale Beckmann
    Question:
I just bought a 125bvx blower today. While I was filling out the registration, I had to upload a pic of the receipt to qualify for the extended warranty.
As I was doing this, I got an email from Husky CONFIRMING MY UNFINISHED REGISTRATION!! WTF!!!

You people already got my money. You can't wait for me to finish registering it. Now, you want me to mail in the receipt? I don't think so.
I go to the website to try find this contact page, and spend close to a hour going from one useless FAQ to another.
But I can't even do this until I "finish registering the blower" and open an account.
I wouldn't characterize this as "customer service"
I haven't even put gas in it yet and I'm ready to take it back to the store, who by the way had 23 different leaf blowers to choose from. I'm pretty sure I could find a manufacturer that made it a little easier to contact cust. svs.
Now that I've shared my first experience with Husqvarna, could someone please tell me how I can email the rest of my product information so I can complete the registration.
    I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thank you
    Dale Beckmann

    Question:
I bought a 125BVX blower/mulcher in June of this year, used it through the summer worked great. Went to fire it up to blow leaves this fall could not get it to start at all. I always followed the start up steps, a little frustrated as to why this unit has quit. Need direction as to how to proceed.

    Thank you

    Question:
My Husqvarna leaf blower (150BT) was stolen this week-end. Any chance "H" has a record of the serial number? Assuming I registered it.
