    Question:
Is Valvoline Multi-Purposeycle engine oil TC-W3 safe for my Husqvarna saw and for my brushcutter.
The container claims that it works in all 2-cycle engines including outboard motors.
    Thank you

Parts Question posted July 8, 2018 by Zack Cheatwood
    Question:
I have a wheeled brush trimmer, model HU625hwt, and I'm having an issue finding a part for it. The trimmer rolled out of the back of my truck as i was moving my truck to the shop and broke this plastic piece on the axle. I found my trimmers parts manual online, but i'm just not seeing that specific piece? Everything else seems to be fine and intact so i just need to replace this once piece to get it back going again. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I provided a link to the parts manual and a picture of the damaged wheel trimmer. Thanks again.

    Question:
I ordered a 345FR brush cutter only to find out that it has been discontinued and was offered the 336FR which seems under powered. Is there any model between the 345 and 555?

    345FR Assembly Instructions, Locking Pin1

    Question:
    345FR Assembly Instructions, Locking Pin
    Details:

The instructions say "Insert the locking pin (C) in the hole to lock the shaft." I inserted the locking pin in the magnetized hole, but it does not lock the shaft. I have tried turning the shaft clockwise and anticlockwise to try to get it to lock, but no such luck. Is there a trick to locking the shaft so I can install the blade?

I have a 345FR brush cutter. Where is the fuel filter? The fiche doesn't show it in relation to the tank. Is it inside the tank? How do you replace it?

Service & Maintenance Question posted August 14, 2017 by Sheila Cloudcroft
    Question:
I have a Husqvarna HU625HWT. I had to replace the carrier plate & mow ball assembly as they were damaged during use. String couldn't be clipped on the carrier plate b/c the clips were broken off. The mow ball assembly was cracked. I began reassembly but am confused. The locking plate spring had become rusted & stretched so I bought a new one. When removing the old parts the locking plate wasn't doing anything. The locking plate & retaining ring that I took out during disassembly & the new spring aren't currently attached because I have no idea of the right configuration for them. Not sure what they do. I believe the spring on one side attaches to the locking plate but where else does it attach? What does the locking plate do, just sit on top of the carrier plate, or? The assembly diagrams are not specific regarding connections/placement of the parts. Deeply appreciate any help or links to helpful material that can be offered.

Parts Question posted July 30, 2017 by Bob Rummer
    Question:
I have a Husqvarna 225R brushcutter--ser. no. 7170823. The carb in it was a WT 270 Walbro--part no 503 28 15-06. The parts notes said that this carb has been replaced by part no. 577133001.

Question: the new carb has a port for a primer bulb line. The old brushcutter doesn't have a primer bulb. How do I put this carb in my brushcutter? Do I just plug the primer port or do I need to add a primer bulb too?

    Question:
I have a 323 Brushcutter and it preforms great. I do have a problem with the throttle handle staying at angle that's comfortable and at the right height for the grass and brush. It constantly slips forward. I'm constantly loosening the bolt and readjusting the angle of the handle and re-tightening. Is there a sweet spot where the handle will remain where placed?
    Thanks
