Service & Maintenance Question posted June 21, 2016 by Lanny RobinsonQuestion:I have a new fx555 brush cutter that when started runs near wide open. Throttle has no affect. Took it to an authorized service center and they have had it 5 weeks and still are stumbling around trying to locate the problem for an estimate to repair. They reported the husqvarna representative has even weighed in on the problem but was no help. I think we all know it's sucking in air from somewhere but I'm a little dumbfounded that the service center cannot test for the leak. Air leaks are a simple thing to find on most any 2'cycles but not this one. I have registered my purchase on the Husqvarna site and it shows that the registration is "SOLVED". But I never received a confirmation that my Warranty has been doubled to the 4 years from the standard 2 years. How can I find out if my warranty is, in fact, 4 years now? Thanks

I started it up for the first time this year, and, because it bogged out immediately after starting, replaced the fuel and cleaned the carburetor thoroughly. It now starts and runs fine, but when I shut it off, I get smoke coming out of the exhaust for at least 45 seconds afterward.
Is this a problem, and if so, what should I focus on when troubleshooting? - Parts Question posted July 8, 2018 by Zack CheatwoodQuestion:I have a wheeled brush trimmer, model HU625hwt, and I'm having an issue finding a part for it. The trimmer rolled out of the back of my truck as i was moving my truck to the shop and broke this plastic piece on the axle. I found my trimmers parts manual online, but i'm just not seeing that specific piece? Everything else seems to be fine and intact so i just need to replace this once piece to get it back going again. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I provided a link to the parts manual and a picture of the damaged wheel trimmer. Thanks again.Details:
