    I have a model 223L string trimmer. Lowes.com shows a brush...escalated
Parts Question posted September 23, 2013 by LARRY N MEADOWS JR
    Question:
I have a model 223L string trimmer. Lowes.com shows a brush cutter kit for it but it is not available for ordering in their database. I looked at some of the newer model brush cutters similar to mine in engine size and the output shaft thread size is the same. Is there a different kit and if so how do I locate and order the kit for my machine?
Any info you have would be a big help to me.
    Thanks
    Larry

My 232R brushcutter will not start as the ignition module is...escalated
Parts Question posted September 18, 2012 by Chris Perry
    Question:
My 232R brushcutter will not start as the ignition module is dead. From Husqvarna's documentation I believe the correct part number is 530 03 91-45, please can you confirm this.

    Brushcutter 232R
    Serial Number 5491651
    Ignition module Phelon 5109A.

When I tried to get one of these modules in the UK, I found it is no longer available. Is it still possible to obtain the correct ignition module from suppliers in the USA or elsewhere in Europe?

Is there another ignition module that will work with my current flywheel to get my brush cutter running again?

On your website I found the following information:-

    http://answerarmy.com/posts/05bcc2c160

If I buy a 530 03 91-43 ignition module will it work on my 232R brushcutter, as suggested in the above Answer Army Best Answer?

I might be able to get hold of a used ignition module from a 225R brushcutter, part number 503 76 16-01. The 225R brushcutter uses the same flywheel as the 232R so would this ignition module work on my 232R brush cutter?

    Thanks

    Chris

    Question:
I have a 128LD weed eater from Lowes. Wanted to replace the spark plug. On page 22 of the manual it says to use a Champion plug QCJ-8Y plug. On page 20 it says to use a QCJ-6Y or equivalent. Lowes did not have a QCJ-8Y.

I pulled the plug ( never been changed ) and the plug in the unit is a RCJ8Y.

I am confused, what plug do I put in this thing??

Parts Question posted May 26, 2013 by Mike Higgins
    Question:
I purchased and received a 323R brush cutter 4/25/2013 and the 'Cutter Attachment Guard' Item 4 in the 323R Operator's manual was not in the box of parts, which will create a personal hazard when I use the brush cutter blade. Please provide the subject part, (see image of part as marked copied below). I have registered this product with Husqvarna. Up front I purchased the 323R from Amazon and as you know they don't handle replacing missing parts, even though Husqvarna benefits greatly from supplying Amazon with a lot of your products to sell. Please just send me the missing Husqvarna 323R Brush Cutter Guard, as I don't want to return your 323R back to Amazon and purchase another named brand. Also, the wing nut for attaching handle bar to the shaft is the wrong size as the holding bolt hex head does not fit it, however I will fix it. Thanks Mike Higgins 3961 Bittle Rd, Gibsonville, NC 27249 (Please note, I posted this in error in the String Trimmer area 5/1/13. As of 5/10-13/2013 I hadn't received any response):

    Question:
Do you have any other handles that can be purchased that are wider for the Husqvarna 343FR brushcutter? My son finds the range of motion much smaller than with the old handles from his 34R.
    Thanks Marilyn

    Question:
I have a 235r brushcutter that isn't getting spark. I'm assuming the ignition module is bad. However, the part number is obsolete (p/n 530039145). Is there another part that can be retro-fitted?
    Thanks,
